HEAT AT LAST

Heads up about the procedure for getting heat in apartments up to the legal standard -- the process outlined in the PATA newsletter WORKED! We put in a proper work order, and then Ilir came up to check and decided that repair of the leaky windows and doors would be helpful. In two weeks, contractors arrived to do repairs -- and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
